What got me to like this song is its music video . Charlize Theron as the stars featured in this MV really is super hot and sexy . I like her since the movie Mighty Joe Young . And I fell in love with her in the movie Hancock . She's just so hot wearing that suit in Hancock .
But as I replayed the song again and again, I can't keep it out of my head . At first I thought well, he's just another James Blunt . Because seriously I don't really like James Blunt songs . Just not my kind of song . But Crossfire is just different . The song is amazing . And I like it .
Plus, Brandon is good looking and his smile is heart-melted . HAHA .
I found out about this campaign from Trendland . And OMG let me just say . It was so perfect! . The vintage style (I love vintage!) really really take my breath away . Prada really set the trend again . The sunglasses! . I have to get one of them .
Remember the time when there is Spice Girls, Atomic Kittens, M2M, Destiny's Child, Girls Aloud and many more? . Yeah, it was the time I never really keep in my mind . Honestly, because I was so involved with The Mofatts and The Hansons that I never gave the girls any attention . But I'm not saying they were bad, the girls are good, amazing . But I like male bands better .
Yeah until I came across The Pierces that it really opened my eyes to see female group singer potentials . The Pierces really really showed me that today female group are just as good as male group . Even better . Their songs is so beautiful and amazing that I can't stop singing them for weeks! . They're that good! .
They have this big potential and I think they have a good chance to be international . Because still not many people knew about them . I of course knew about them in Youtube where I was watching Hollyoaks scenes and there were this amazing song during the scene . So I used my phone to track the song (my phone have this software, I don't know what it called but it records the song and find the songs title and artist) and from there I knew Love You Moreby The Pierces .
The first time I heard it, I was captured by the amazing guitar solo at the beginning . It instantly went deep into my soul . And at that moment I just said, "This is my song" . This is what I've been searching for . One song that can defined my personality, of who I am . It's the sound, the music and the lyrics . The song there is some kind of rebelliousness in it, the bravery and the need to be free . But still there's the usual theme, love . The strong feeling that you can achieve the impossible things, take what you can to get what you want . That sort of thing it relates to me . I'm that person .
So this song came to me and I'm in love with it . Besides that the music video was nice, simple yet powerful . And the girls were very beautiful .

I'm completely dazed by Franz Ferdinand . Their songs is absolutely fresh and unique it was like the best MUSICGASM I've ever felt . It blews my mind away . And apart from that, I fucking love everything from Europe . Franz Ferdinand, Snow Patrol, Florence and The Machine, James McAvoy, Alex Pettyfer, Emmett Scanlan, Daniel Craig, Eiffel Tower, french toast, french-fries, pizza, pasta!! . OMG . Name it all . Well well well.. If it isn't me again! HAHA.. As usual, the reason behind my late late late LATEEEEEE update is because I'm such an asshole for forgetting my own blog . Yeah, KILL ME . So alright now I'm going to update about music . Since, there have been a little vote (thank you very much to 6 generous people, I love you guys! You guys saved this blog, really) that suggested that I should write about music . So, I want to write about music . Personally, I've been wanting to create a music blog since like ages ago . But I never have the right spirit to help me do it .
Until one day, my girlfriend said while we were in my car, heading home from shopping and we were listening to my playlist and she said to me, "I like listening to Fida's (that's me) songs . They're the best . Because she (me again) doesn't follow the mainstream out there " . Right after she said that there was like a big hammerhead the size of Australia knocked my brain out . Why didn't I never realized that before? Since I was little (or since I heard that 5 boys dancing and singing and called themselves Backstreet Boys, what the hell that was supposed to mean?) I love listen to music .
But as I grow up, my music taste is somehow different from what 10 years old should be listen . I listens to great band such as Linkin Park, Blink-182, Papa Roach, Sum 41, 311, Radiohead, The Corrs and etc . So as the time goes on, new artists came with new styles, new genre, so came Indie music . I've never somewhat attracted to Lady Gaga-Britney Spears-biggest thing-you live in jungle if you didn't hear their song kind of music . I like to listen to something unique . Something different . Something not many people listen to . Not some record deal babe with lousy music playing non-stop on the radio . Maybe I like to be abnormal . Maybe I like to be a freak . Who cares anyway? .
Sometimes when I'm with my friends and they were talking about new hit songs on the radio, I really have no idea who or what they were talking about . Because I never really pay attention when a song was playing on the radio . I know the song but I don't know the artist . But when I heard some new music in Youtube by some Indie band, I instantly clique with them . I start to became their follower, searching their songs, and enjoy it . It was great . Feels like I discover some kind of happiness . And to tell you the truth, it's addicting .
So if you're just like me, tired to hear the same fucking song playing on the radio over and over again, turn off your radio, read my posts and start filling your playlist with freak songs . Bye peeps :)
